Month‐Of Wedding Coordination Services Include:
- Meet one month prior to your wedding day to discuss your needs and desires for your wedding day.
- Obtain copies of all vendor contracts from you to ensure all items and services you contracted for are provided at the event.
- Onsite walk‐through at wedding location.
- Develop an in‐depth wedding day time‐line and distribute it to all vendors and wedding party members.
- Handle all final vendor confirmations.
- Coordinate all vendor set‐ups at reception and ceremony site to ensure your vision is achieved.
- Delivery and placement of all necessary items, such as place cards, kippahs, benchers and wedding favors, ensuring all items are pre‐set, duly decorated and properly distributed.
- Ensure all tables and floor plan are set up according to your floor plan.
- Distribute bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and flower girl baskets to wedding party.
- Conduct wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Retrieve all necessary Chuppah Ceremony items such as Kituba, Kiddush cups, etc. and ensure safe placement.
- Oversee all vendors throughout your wedding to ensure a seamless flow of events.
- Coordinate with photographer to ensure any specific photographs your require are taken.
- Handle any last minute emergencies that may come up.
- Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors as needed,
- Assist you and your families with any last minute matters that may arise.
- Act as a liaison to family and guests and greet anyone may arrive late.
- Handle floral decoration of bridal suite (if local).
